Welcome to FoxieLearn! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the rules for using the FoxieLearn mobile app and any related services (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Byte Spiral Single Member PC (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Greece at Monumental Plaza, Building C, Leof. Kifisias 44, Marousi 151 25, Greece.
By downloading, installing, or using FoxieLearn, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
FoxieLearn is designed for children, but only a parent or legal guardian may create an account, accept these Terms, and manage subscriptions. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child who will use the app.
You are responsible for supervising your child’s use of the Service and for everything that happens under your account.
FoxieLearn does not ask for a username, email address, or password. Sign-in happens automatically through your device’s platform account:
This means there is no FoxieLearn password to manage and we never see your platform credentials. Account security, password resets, and parental controls for those platform accounts are handled by Google and Apple.
You agree to keep the device and platform account used to access FoxieLearn under appropriate parental supervision, and to tell us if you believe your child’s progress data is being misused. We may suspend or restrict access for activity that breaks these Terms or that we reasonably believe is abusive.
FoxieLearn offers paid features through:
All payments are processed by Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). We do not see or store your payment card details. Prices, billing cycles, free trials, and renewal terms are shown in the store before you confirm.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them. You can cancel at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings; cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their own policies. Where mandatory consumer-protection laws apply (for example, EU statutory rights), those rights are not affected.
You agree not to:
All games, artwork, sounds, music, characters, text, and software inside FoxieLearn are owned by Byte Spiral Single Member PC or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your family’s private, non-commercial use. We keep all other rights.
If you submit any feedback or suggestions, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them to improve the Service. You confirm that anything you submit is yours to share and is not unlawful.
We are constantly improving FoxieLearn. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. If a change materially reduces what you have already paid for, we will offer a fair solution (such as a refund of the unused portion) where required by law.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we protect it — including how we protect children’s data. By using the Service you agree to that policy.
The Service uses Unity Cloud to deliver and operate parts of the app, and Apple and Google to handle distribution and payments. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply when you interact with those services.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we do not promise that the Service will always be available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Educational outcomes vary from child to child.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
This section does not limit our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app. We can suspend or close your account if you break these Terms or if we have to for legal or security reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will remain in force after termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you live in the EU, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.
We will try to resolve any dispute informally first. If we cannot, the courts of Athens, Greece will have jurisdiction — except that EU consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence, and we may bring proceedings against you there. EU residents can also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we will let you know in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.
